No Refund Policy: All course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a student is enrolled and fees are paid, no amount will be refunded, whether the student completes the course or not.
Course Cancellation by the Institute: If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to either transfer to another course or request a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.
Student Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw voluntarily, no refund will be provided. Fees cannot be transferred to another student or adjusted for future enrollments.
Exceptional Cases: Refund requests may be considered in cases of serious medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, subject to management approval. Proper documentation must be submitted for review.
Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 30 to 45 business days. The institute is not responsible for bank delays or payment gateway issues.
Partial Payment Policy: If a student has made a partial payment and does not complete the full course
fee, the amount paid will be forfeited, and the student will not be allowed to continue the course.
Changes in Course Structure: The institute reserves the right to modify course content, duration, fees, and schedules without any refund obligations.
